Chris has handled cases ranging from felony drug distribution to real estate transactions and litigation to personal injury. As the son of our firm's founder, Grayson Johnson, Chris has literally grown up in the law. He has been certified by the Virginia Indigent Defense Commission to handle felony and misdemeanor cases appointed to him by the courts. His law review article on the constitutionality of the South Carolina drinking age was published and ultimately the South Carolina Supreme Court issued its opinion, which was consistent with his article.
