Grayson has been in private practice in Hanover County since 1975 with offices in Ashland from 1975-1991 and in Rockville since 1980. He has served as Treasurer, Secretary and President of the Hanover Bar Association, Commissioner in Chancery & Judge Pro Tem for Hanover Circuit Court, and he currently serves as Representative for the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit on the Virginia State Bar Council. He has also qualified in court as an expert on real estate matters and testified in Hanover Circuit
